  • My original battery has a different voltage and capacity than the one you offered, does it fit?

    In general, batteries are compatible with a voltage difference of up to 2V and can be used normally as long as all other specifications match.
    The size of the capacity will change the shape and size of the battery, if the capacity is different, please make sure our batteries and your original battery shape and size can be consistent.

  • How to extend battery life?

    Avoid overcharging and discharging, keep the battery at 20%-80%.
    Do not use the battery directly for high-intensity work, but better connect it.
    Avoid leaving the battery unused for long periods of time and charge and discharge the battery regularly.

  • How can I tell if I need to replace the battery??

  • Why do new batteries charge slowly??

  • I bought the wrong item. How can I cancel/exchange my order?

    If the battery has not been shipped yet, simply contact us by email to cancel the order.
    If the battery has already been shipped or received, please take advantage of our 30-day unconditional refund policy. You must contact us to receive a refund and return the battery to us.

  • How can I track/inquire about my order?
